1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and AITECHZ, LLC ("AITECHZ," "we," "us," or "our"), a Delaware limited liability company. They govern your access to and use of our websites, including aitechzllc.com and aitechz.com, and the web applications we operate (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Our Services

AITECHZ provides browser-based, AI-powered tools — such as text transformation and persona-generation utilities — along with related websites and content. The Services are currently offered without user accounts. We may introduce additional features, including subscription offerings, which may be subject to supplemental terms presented at the time of purchase.

3. Acceptable use

When using the Services, you agree that you will not:

  • Use the Services in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other users' data, or our systems;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services, including by circumventing rate limits or security measures;
  • Use the Services to generate or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes the rights of others;
  • Use automated means to access the Services at a scale that burdens our infrastructure; or
  • Resell or commercially redistribute the Services without our prior written consent.

4. AI-generated content

Our Services use artificial intelligence models to process the content you submit and to generate output. AI-generated output is produced automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purposes. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it and for how you use it. The Services do not provide professional advice of any kind.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Services. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it as necessary to operate and provide the Services, including transmitting it to the third-party AI providers that power our tools. You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit the content you provide.

6. Intellectual property

The Services, including their design, text, graphics, and software, are owned by AITECHZ, LLC or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Services.

7. Third-party services

The Services rely on third-party providers, including hosting and AI model providers, and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms and policies.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information in connection with the Services, and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AITECHZ, LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, AND EMPLOYEES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AITECHZ, LLC from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Changes and termination

We may modify or discontinue the Services, in whole or in part, at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time; if we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and post the revised Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for conduct that violates these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
